Such heroes included Godiva, Impala, Owlwoman and Seraph. After several more team-ups together, these heroes discovered other international champions and banded together as the Global Guardians. Acquiring a charter with the United Nations, the Global Guardians established themselves at their headquarters, the Dome, in Paris, France. Two of the Guardians' members, Green Flame and Icemaiden, would later go on to join the International branch of the Justice League.
